If you need assistance you will ping the role directly above yours unless it is pertaining to a particular issue

• Supports and moderators will do @Admin

• Admins will do @Senior Admin

• Senior Admins will do @Head Admin

• Head Admins will do @Assistant Manager and @Server Manager

• Server Manager will do @Server Director

Other Tagging Info:

Tag the appropriate oversight for each ticket. You should not be dealing with said ticket if you are not part of the team assigned for it. That being said it also means you should not be handling it and then handing it over to that team once it’s time for repercussions, it should be given to them from the beginning.
